The Committee on State Building and Local Self-Government recommends that the Parliament adopts the Bill "On Administrative Procedural Code of Ukraine" as a Basis

The Bill (Reg. No.2789) regulates procedural relations that originate in the process of activity of executive and local self-government bodies, their officials and other subjects authorized to exercise authoritative functions concerning realization and protection of person´s rights and legitimate interests, fulfillment of their legislatively determined duties. The Bill also regulates the procedure of scrutinizing administrative cases.
